Notes from meetings – including notes I make during calls or meetings for the purposes of project planning and communication.

5. How Your Data Is Stored
I take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and only accessible to those who need it.
Your data may be stored or processed using the following services:
Google Drive, Google Forms and Google Docs – client files, form responses and project documents are stored within my Google account, which is protected by a secure password.
Wix – my website and contact forms are hosted through Wix, which may process information submitted through the website.
Canva – presentation documents, design concepts and other project materials may be created and stored within my private Canva account.
Email – communications are stored within my email account, which is protected by secure login.
Handwritten notes – these are stored privately and securely and destroyed when they are no longer needed.
I choose established providers that use their own security measures to protect the information they process. Where appropriate, these providers may act as data processors on my behalf.
6. How Long I Keep Your Data
I keep personal data only for as long as I reasonably need it for the purpose it was collected, including to provide my services, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or financial obligations.
Project and business records may be retained for up to 6 years after our last working contact where this is necessary for record-keeping, accounting or legal purposes.
Information from enquiries that do not result in a project will generally be deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed.
You can ask me to delete your personal data sooner in certain circumstances, although I may need to keep some information where I have a legal or legitimate reason to do so.
